Can T-Tech set up Microsoft Teams Phone to replace our existing PBX?

Yes. T-Tech implements Teams Phone using either Microsoft Calling Plans (for organisations in supported countries) or Direct Routing (using an SIP trunk from a local telephony provider — suitable for Pakistan and UAE where Calling Plans may not be available). Direct Routing connects your existing telephone numbers to Teams Phone, enabling users to make and receive calls from Teams on any device.
