How long does an Exchange Online migration take?
Timeline depends on mailbox count and data volume. A 50-mailbox migration with an average of 10GB per mailbox typically takes 1-2 weekends of migration activity with a working-hours cutover. A 500-mailbox migration may take 2-4 weeks of staged migration before final cutover. Can T-Tech set up Microsoft Teams Phone to replace our existing PBX?
Yes. T-Tech implements Teams Phone using either Microsoft Calling Plans (for organisations in supported countries) or Direct Routing (using an SIP trunk from a local telephony provider — suitable for Pakistan and UAE where Calling Plans may not be available). Direct Routing connects your existing telephone numbers to Teams Phone, enabling users to make and receive calls from Teams on any device.
