Is remote IT support secure?

What issues can you fix remotely vs. requiring on-site visit?
The vast majority of IT issues — over 85% in our experience — can be resolved remotely: software problems, configuration changes, network device reconfiguration, cloud management, user account issues, and most server problems. Physical hardware failures (failed disk, dead NIC, power supply failure) and structured cabling issues require on-site presence. T-Tech will be transparent when an on-site visit is genuinely needed.
Can you manage our network equipment remotely if we don't have a remote management interface set up?
If your network devices are currently only accessible via console cable, T-Tech can establish remote management capability during an initial on-site engagement — adding out-of-band management interfaces, configuring secure SSH access, and deploying network monitoring agents. After that initial setup, all ongoing management can be performed remotely.
